At the end of class you will be released back into the locker room. Change back into your street clothes and remain in the locker room until the bell rings.

Remove everything from your pockets. Valuables are NOT to be brought into the gym or locker area: leave them at home or in your school locker. Instructors are not responsible for items left in the gym or locker room. Team uniforms, pajama pants, and jeans are not to be worn for class.

If you are hurt or sick and canít take physical education, a note from a medical doctor is required. You will be given an assignment by your instructor to be completed in a timely fashion. If you have a minor injury or illness, an excuse from a parent/guardian is necessary. You are allowed two parent/guardian notes per marking period. After two, your grade will be lowered.
Students need to use the bathroom prior to or after class. If you have an emergency, you must ask your instructor for permission.
